Books changed my life.

Reading every day is one of the most important things I do.

If I don’t read, I get cranky (ask my wife).

I won’t dive into why I find reading important or when I first fell in love with it because…

You probably don’t care and you already “know it’s important.”

Let’s be real, right?

But I will say this…

Whether you are literally reading a book or listening to an audiobook version…

Someone has already faced and written about every issue you’re dealing with or will deal with in the future.

Put simply, most problems you’ll face in life already have solutions…

You just need to know where to look for the answers.

Many of the smartest men and women to ever live on this planet have shared their thoughts in writing for us to learn from.

Many times, we already know the answers…

But a good book might be the kick in the ass we need to take action on it.

“But Brenmar… I’m not a reader”

If you know how to read, you can be a reader.

I think reading in school turned a lot of us off in our early years.

I don’t blame you.

I didn’t want to read Moby Dick at 16 either, trust me.

However, everything changes when you read about topics that genuinely interest you.

Personally, for me, that includes marketing, music production, and entrepreneurship.

I also love reading about personal development, personal finance, and real estate investing.

If you are dyslexic or reading really isn’t your thing, then audiobooks are the next best thing.
