Well, it’s official…

I missed last week’s newsletter.

After 7 months and 31 issues strong…

Life happened.

Your boy got really busy and instead of sending out something half assed…

I chose to not send anything at all.

All good, we are back this week!

Let me fill you in on what’s been going on.

Call it a quick life update.

Let’s get into it.

I’m now 31 issues into this newsletter.

I’m currently updating the logo and all the visuals to give everything a bit more “pop”.

Should be done soon. Hope you dig!

Writing this newsletter (although occasionally stressful) is still my favorite piece of regular content I make.

I hope you like reading them as much as I like writing them.

Almost done!

So when I pivoted and took a break from producing and DJing back in 2019...

I did so with the intent to learn some new skills that would improve my financial life.

Skills that would still be valuable years from now.

Real estate investing was that skill.

And to be clear…

Real estate investing isn’t just one skill—it’s a mix of things like sales, negotiation, and construction, among others.

Learning how to invest in real estate changed my life for the better and I’ll be forever grateful.

My wife and I manage 4 short term rentals in Miami.

And right now we’re in the middle of remodeling one of them to make it more unique and picture friendly.

It’s been super time-consuming.

So yeah, I missed last week’s newsletter and haven’t posted online as much.

So it goes, there is only so much time and this remodel is the priority until it’s finished.

My 2nd official release of the year is out now.

I’ve known Coco & Breezy for a decade now.

During filming our episode of HIGH5 I offered them a remix.

They suggested their track “Manifest” and I knew right away I could keep the positive energy of the original but give it a little more grit and energy for the dance floor.

And viola!

Here we are. 😁
