Who am I?

• 12+ years as an international touring DJ & producer

• 5x Boiler Room alum (you can find a few of them on Youtube)

• $75k+ in syncs from Netflix, HBO, Apple & more

• I even produced a song with Lil Uzi Vert before he blew up!

Then in 2019, I pivoted and took a break from music.

Why?

Because I didn’t want to be 45 still chasing gigs.

So I spent 5 years deep diving into real estate investing, flipping houses, and Airbnb management.

And for the last 2 years, I’ve been focused on mastering digital marketing, content creation, and copywriting.

So what is this newsletter about?
